This notebook is what most blogs aspire to be: a collection of organized opinions on topics that usually focus on an underlying theme.
That theme often (but not always) explores how people interact with things, events, and other people. In other words, and not surprisingly given my field of expertise, this blog hopes to question, validate, and assess the user experience of any number of interactions regardless of medium or audience.
While those experiences are frequently between a person and some sort of computer system or web site, that’s certainly not the extent of what this blog strives to be. In addition to ranting that one particular web site should have used blue instead of red or why a navigation structure of a recently redesigned computer application is confusing, I also discuss industrial design, technology news, and of course other UX topics found throughout the blogosphere.
This blog deviates from user experience analysis from time to time, but I do try to keep that as limited as possible, and I also try to keep strictly personal news off of here as well, but at times news and experiences of my life may find its way onto these pages as well.
Not surprisingly, all content is my opinion and not those of whoever may be employing me when you find this blog.
